Akshay Johar has over twenty one years’ experience in Software Development and Product Management, seventeen of them in Microsoft, working on all layers of the software stack – from Operating Systems to Developer Platforms to Application Development. He is currently spearheading the Smart Campus, Smart Facilities and Ontology work in the Microsoft Cloud for Industry Division, as well as championing the thinking on BIM and Digital Twin pipelines and workflows, and overseeing a large Microsoft Campus rebuild through the power of Digital Twins and Azure.
