    Ms. DeBolt has more than 15 years of experience in engineering, data analysis and project management. She combines her strong technical and project management skills and experience to collaborate closely with clients and ensure satisfactory execution of the specific tasks while keeping the overall purpose of the project in mind. She has demonstrated these capabilities on projects including examination of program tracking data to design efficient samples and inform research plans, determination of program impacts and cost-effectiveness from evaluation findings, assistance with whole building program design to minimize savings estimation risks while maximizing participation, and review of savings portfolios and audits of potential assessments for I-937 compliance requirements. Clients served include Bonneville Power Administration, Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance, Seattle City Light, Puget Sound Energy, Northwestern Energy, PacifiCorp, Pacific Gas & Electric, and the Washington State Auditor’s Office. She is a member of the Regional Technical Forum Statistical Methods subcommittee. She has B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston. Faith is a bike commuter and advocate for active transportation in her community. She has a book- and bike-loving daughter, a photography- and bike-loving husband, and a plant-loving step-daughter at Smith College.
