Jeremy is currently the Director of Business Development at DB Engineering bringing 25 years of experience spanning operations, construction, and consultancy. Jeremy’s experience is drawn from multiple “first of its kind” projects, LEED Platinum, Gold, and Silver projects, over 100M SqFt of smart building integration, change management processes, and development of multiple IoT solutions. Jeremy is responsible for smart building and IoT envisioning, system architecture, and providing the business case return on investment financials for projects.
