With extensive experience in commercial real estate finance and capital markets, she excels at balancing risk and return, driving visionary development that yields financially and environmentally resilient buildings and vibrant, sustainable cities. Molly's leadership extends to launching and guiding startups, ventures, and change management initiatives. She is a board member of The Freshwater Trust, City Craft Foundation, and co-founder of The Lotus Campaign, providing housing-driven solutions for homelessness. Her industry leadership includes chairing the ULI’s Responsible Property Investment Council and founding a VC-funded commercial mortgage-backed securities firm. Molly authored “Practical Greening” and “Financing and Driving Value.” An advocate for triple-bottom-line investment, Molly is also a mom, dog-lover, amateur handywoman, and serial entrepreneur focusing on climate, resilience and prop tech.
